While we are very flexible with where you can go, some restrictions exist. All roads you travel on need to be gazetted (mapped). Places that you can’t take our vehicles include:
(a) on any unformed track;
(b) K’gari (Fraser Island), Queensland;
(c) along the Old Telegraph Track section of Cape York;
(d) along the Canning Stock Route; and
(e) across Yardie Creek in the Cape Range National Park.
(f) below the high tide mark on any beach
(g) where the vehicle will be exposed to salt water, including salt lakes and salt flats
In addition to the above locations, unless we have given written permission before you travel, you must never take our vehicles:
(a) above the snow line
(b) between mainland Australia and Tasmania in either direction;
(c) through any river, stream, creek or tidal crossing over .5m in depth
(d) through flood waters or on flood prone roads or on any road where the state or condition of the road make the use of the Vehicle unsafe;
(e) on any road where the police or any government or statutory authority has issued a warning, caution or which has been closed;
(f) onto any road where we have notified you that the use of the vehicle is not allowed
