Each vehicle is self-contained with quality camping equipment, comfortably catering for four people. This includes rooftop tent, which takes only minutes to set up and pack down (tents may vary depending on vehicle availability). Not all vehicles are equipped with side awnings. Annexes supplied on request.

Adventure Rentals offer a standardised fleet of the latest 4WD Mitsubishi Pajero GLX, a premium vehicle fitted with all extras for off-road touring including bull bars, tow bar, dual batteries and 4WD snorkels. They are all automatic and diesel fuelled with comfortable interiors and modern safety features.

Durable and sturdy
The tents are made from tough, waterproof canvas with sandfly and midge-proof mesh windows allowing the air to circulate whilst protecting you from the elements.
Safe from the elements
Being above ground also has the bonus of keeping you safe from nocturnal predators as well as the possibility of flash flooding.
Abundance of space
The space is surprising large – 2.4 metres length, 1.4 metres wide and 1.3 metres high – this more than accommodates the double size foam mattress with extra leg room!
Annexe and awning
In addition to the rooftop tent is an attachable annexe for extra accommodation to sleep another two people – this has a PVC flooring and the same mesh windows. A separate canopy, which forms part of the tent, provides quick and easy shade for road stops, wherever you may choose to do so!

The great advantage of this form of touring is the all-round flexibility in choosing to either camp or enjoy hotel nights without the bulk of excessive equipment.
